How do I download or save my invoice as a PDF?

Click "Print / Save as PDF" after generating your invoice. In the print dialog that opens, choose "Save as PDF" as the destination instead of a physical printer.

Is my invoice data stored anywhere?

No. Everything happens locally in your browser. We do not store, transmit, or save your business or client information on any server.

Can I add a discount and tax to the same invoice?

Yes. Enter a discount percentage and a tax percentage in the Discount & Tax section. The discount is applied first, then tax is calculated on the discounted subtotal.

What currencies are supported?

You can choose from USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, INR, JPY, and MXN. All amounts on your invoice will display with the selected currency symbol.

Can I edit an invoice after generating it?

Yes. Click "Edit Invoice" to return to the form. Your entries are preserved, and the preview updates automatically as you make changes.
